Best Xbox 360 Game Ever?

What do you think the best 360 ever is?
In my personal opinion I would either go for Fable 3 or Fallout:New Vegas. I like these because they are unique in what they do and they have tonnes of replay value for me.

I've been told new vegas was really good even though it supposedly has a bunch of glitches, but my favorite ones are assasin creed brotherhood

Yes Fallout did have a bunch of glitches that could ruin the game but all in all they are good games. I agree that the Assassins Creed series is great aswell.
